A state of feeling prevailing socially with 90 % ratio ;) Yes.. conciously or unconciously you do feel ,at some point, jealous. Sometimes with your own buddies and sometimes with others. But you are dreaming this feeling specially from the opposite sex, it means that you are going through a hell of misery and it would be better as soon as you snap out of it. :) So try not to be greeeeen ..
